In the Winter 2013 magazine we are told that there may be a scientific paper on diet and RA in the next issue. There is no shortage of opinions about diets that "may" or "could" help to relieve symptoms of the disease. Many of these views are contradictory. However there is widespread agreement that consuming the right fats and oils that supply essential fatty acids is likely to be helpful. There is an article called Good Fats for Successful Aging about fats and inflammation in the latest newsletter from www.foodmatters.tv which is a website that I recommend.

hi, lewis, just came back to the site and catching up, I have tried lots of different food plans and the best for me is no fast food or grease which I am not a lover of at all and I have lost 3-1/2 stone, with the help of slimming world,i lost a stone before I went,to aid joints and really liked the way it works, I find it better to stick to fresh if possible and lots of fruits,i am very careful of the citrus though as I have had high potassium but not from bananas, its what works for each person but wirth looking into, dorothy
